Cultivated and processed by one of Chica Bean's smallholder female producers (Raquela, Ilcia, Nidia, Amilsa, Ana, or Angelica), this delightful brew came about from a challenge within the town of Antigua to create a Guatemalan coffee that truly shined on the Espresso machine. Chica Bean Roast Master, Evelin, rocked it as she developed a profile that not only produces a mean espresso shot but also delivers an impressive cup when brewed in any method. We do not actually know who's coffee until the roast day as these producers are all very small and don't cultivate enough to have their own dedicated roast. They are all from the same community and produce quite similar coffee so we can ensure quality throughout the year.
