Chica Bean Roast Master, Evelin, through a strategic roast transformation, highlights intense roasted flavors without burning all of the natural notes of the seeds. With its lush body and strong flavors, this is a perfect brew for those who like to add milk and sugar to their coffee. We do not actually know who's coffee we will be roasting for this coffee until the roast day as these producers are all very small and don't cultivate enough to have their own dedicated roast. They are all from the same community and produce quite similar coffee so we can ensure quality throughout the year.
